Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently using the PNC banking system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide information about PNC products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Cash checks, process loan payments, and handle daily cash drawer balancing and reconciliations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure lobby and work area.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the branch and daily cash counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
