- Process transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries and identifying financial solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Actively cross-sell bank products while educating customers on digital banking tools
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Participate in community outreach initiatives representing First National Bank
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
