Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with account inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts (checking, savings, certificates) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs and financial goals
- Balance daily transactions and prepare reports for branch management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in retail or banking
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
