Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by addressing client inquiries and promoting financial products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Successful background check and fingerprint clearance
