Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Open new accounts and promote financial products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals
- Maintain organized workspace and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer systems and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
- Arizona state residency required
