Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and promote bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with digital banking onboarding
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish highly valued
- Familiarity with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
