Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving inquiries and educating clients on digital banking tools
- Actively promote bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet sales goals
- Maintain security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Balance daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies promptly
- Participate in paid training sessions covering banking regulations and software systems
- Collaborate with branch managers to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn banking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
