Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide solutions for banking products/services
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote bank services through cross-selling opportunities
- Operate teller equipment efficiently while maintaining security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office suite
