Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues promptly.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products such as loans and credit cards.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile daily reports with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the banking center.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.
- Federal background check and credit check required.
