Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, bill payments, and other banking services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our products and services to clients.
- Adhere to all bank policies, compliance regulations, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
