Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily settlements.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and explaining banking products and services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
