Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service through accurate transaction processing
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise financial records daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Assist with new account openings and account maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Texas State Banking License (or willingness to obtain)
