Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products and services.
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconcile accounts to ensure strict compliance with banking regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize bank software systems to update customer records and process paperwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
