Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency while maintaining strict security protocols
- Deliver personalized customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels

- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Assist customers with account inquiries, problem resolution, and financial guidance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
