  • Process a high volume of daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive banking experience, answering questions and resolving inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Proactively cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and credit cards, to meet the financial needs of our clients.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, balance verification, and resolving service issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all federal and state banking regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications
