Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and product knowledge
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with basic account maintenance
- Collaborate with branch staff to deliver seamless service
Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
