Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve client inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with NY banking regulations and compliance standards
- Basic knowledge of financial products (accounts, loans, investments)
