- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision

- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and digital banking tools

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
