Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance.
- Assist in the sale of bank products and services to meet branch sales targets.
- Monitor cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer financial wellness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be bondable and pass a background check.
