Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Cash checks and verify signatures, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in mathematical calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
