Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, internal compliance policies, and security protocols.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist with branch operations, including cash balancing and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new banking technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree or prior banking experience is a plus.
- Previous cash handling experience and a strong background in customer service are preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and a credit check as a condition of employment.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and aptitude for learning new software systems.
