Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build trust through personalized customer service and financial product education
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to relationship managers
- Uphold strict compliance standards for KYC and anti-fraud protocols
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for bank services and products
- Maintain organized cash drawer and daily transaction reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
