Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized financial consultations and problem-solving
- Actively promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Process night deposits and manage ATM operations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Nevada banking regulations (NRS) and BSA/AML compliance
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Valid Nevada driver's license required
