Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards, savings accounts)
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Uphold anti-fraud measures and KYC regulations
- Operate core banking systems and digital platforms
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Familiarity with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
