Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and recommending personalized banking solutions
- Safeguard assets by maintaining strict adherence to cash handling protocols and security procedures
- Actively cross-sell bank products while educating customers on digital banking tools
- Contribute to branch success by meeting referral targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain organized records and assist with end-of-day reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail banking environment
- Basic knowledge of compliance regulations (Regulation CC, BSA/AML)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and products
