Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for financial products and services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily cash balances
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Assist with new account openings and account maintenance
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic office software and banking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud prevention and compliance knowledge preferred
- Arizona Notary Public certification a plus
