Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and recommending appropriate financial products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking platforms
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank services and products

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
