Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries and basic financial products.
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for savings accounts, CDs, and loans.
- Maintain the lobby and teller areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and bank software.
