Responsibilities
- Process high-volume financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and complaints
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to prevent discrepancies
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Assist with branch operations including check orders, safe deposit services, and account openings
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic mathematical calculations and financial software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, BSA)
