Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve complex account inquiries using advanced banking systems
- Cross-sell financial products while maintaining compliance standards
- Execute wire transfers and merchant services with precision
- Maintain meticulous cash drawer reconciliation records
- Lead branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Mentor new tellers during peak business hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail/service industry
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6/63 securities license preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- BA in Finance or related field OR equivalent experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English certification required
- Valid California Notary Public commission
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
