Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying banking needs and offering appropriate products/services
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and adhere to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Cross-sell bank services while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
