Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Manage accounts payable ledger and ensure timely payment processing
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships
- Prepare weekly payment runs for direct deposit
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Weekly payroll processing experience preferred
