- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Manage employee expense reimbursements and travel claims
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor contracts and terms
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Optimize payment processing workflows for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' accounts payable experience in UK/EU financial environments
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong understanding of UK VAT regulations and payment processing
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent finance qualification preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced settings
