Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume accounts payable invoices and expense reports
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts weekly
- Execute weekend check runs and payment processing
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
- CPA or AP certification preferred
