Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and payment requisitions with precision
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate with procurement and accounting teams for invoice verification
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX regulations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle a plus)
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
