Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process payroll and accounts receivable/payable transactions
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and account maintenance
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
