Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Generate financial statements and monthly performance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Assist with quarterly audits and tax preparation
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
