Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Execute timely payment processing via ACH/wire transfers
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching for POs
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for compliance
- Conduct month-end closing activities for AP ledger
- Support audit preparation with documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with remote work protocols and tools
- Strong analytical skills for discrepancy resolution
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Attention to detail with financial data integrity
