Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain an up-to-date vendor database.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports as required by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
