Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices (A/P) ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate AP ledger and aging reports for month-end close.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
- Assist with expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and tax documentation.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc accounting projects and audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
