- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail

- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations while supporting audits
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with efficiency
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks proficiency required)
- Collaborate with tax professionals and external auditors as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with full-cycle accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
