Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Xero to manage financial data.
- Perform month-end close procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the accounting manager to improve financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional certification (CPA/CMA preferred).
