Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage 3-way matching for PO-based invoices and expense reports
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain organized vendor files and payment documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on payment optimization
- Utilize SAP/Oracle ERP systems for invoice processing and approvals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thu schedule)
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
