Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for efficient transaction management
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve payment issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2+ years of accounts payable processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work night shift (4 PM - 1 AM) with weekends as needed
