Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize vendor payment terms
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
