Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Generate AP reports for financial review
- Manage vendor inquiries and payment escalations
- Support audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years AP processing experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) a plus
