Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume invoice processing, coding, and payment verification
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure accurate PO matching
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Train junior staff on AP best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
