- Process 50+ vendor invoices daily with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Execute same-day ACH/wire transfers for urgent payments
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement team on 3-way matching
- Generate monthly AP aging reports for CFO review
- Train on proprietary daily pay portal integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel VLOOKUP
- ISO 9001-certified AP process knowledge
- CA-specific sales tax nexus compliance expertise
- Same-day payment processing certification preferred
- Ability to reconcile $500K+ monthly invoice volumes
- CA Notary Public license a plus
