Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and reconcile 3-way matching
- Execute same-day payment runs via our proprietary daily pay portal
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Optimise AP workflows using NetSuite and SAP Concur
- Perform month-end closing procedures with zero-tolerance reconciliation errors
- Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow forecasting and payment scheduling
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in accounts payable with daily payment processing
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite/SAP Concur or equivalent ERP systems
- ICM or CIPP certification preferred
- Expert-level Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable mastery
- Proven ability to reconcile complex multi-currency transactions
- UK financial regulations (FCA, HMRC) compliance knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% invoice accuracy record
