Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to optimize payment workflows
- Generate AP reports and support month-end closing processes
- Implement continuous improvements to AP systems and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
